Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (US): 7-10 days depending on inventory.
International: We do not currently ship outside the U.S.A.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right (see Return & Refund Policy below).

Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Thank you for supporting Fresco Goes to the Vet! Because each book is shipped individually by our small business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please review your order carefully before checking out.

Exceptions

We want you to receive a book you're happy with. We will replace or refund your order if:

Your book arrives damaged or defective (printing errors, missing pages, damaged in shipping)
You received the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund under these circumstances, contact us at michelle@yourmediasquad.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Once a book has shipped, our all-sales-final policy applies.
